365 Retail Markets has completed the acquisition of Cantaloupe, a SaaS business in the technology sector in the United States, for $86 billion. Cantaloupe provides end-to-end self-service commerce technology, including payments, telemetry, and a global device network that supports unattended retail. 365 Retail Markets adds Cantaloupe’s connected hardware and software capabilities to its unattended retail platform, which includes self-checkout, smart store systems, and integrated SaaS for food service and other operators.
