World Insurance Associates LLC acquired the business of C&A Insurance Agency of New York effective December 31, 2025. C&A Insurance, established in 1985, provides insurance to individuals, families, and businesses across New York and New Jersey.

C&A serves clients in multiple languages and focuses on communities including Chinese, Cambodian, and Vietnamese clients in New York City. World Insurance is based in Iselin, New Jersey.
