iAltA Acquires BridgeFT as WealthTech Data Infrastructure

iAltA Holdings, the WestCap-backed private markets infrastructure company, has announced the acquisition of BridgeFT. BridgeFT is described as a cloud-native, API-first wealth infrastructure software business that helps financial institutions, fintechs, and registered investment advisors unify client and portfolio data.

BridgeFT’s WealthTech API is positioned as a WealthTech-as-a-Service platform using a single open API to connect data, analytics, and application services across custodians, portfolio systems, and back-office providers. iAltA frames the deal as strengthening data connectivity across the wealth and private markets ecosystem.
