Legence Reports Record Q4 2025 Results After Bowers

Legence Corp., a Blackstone portfolio company, reported fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 financial results. The company said record quarterly revenues rose 34.6% year over year, driven almost entirely by organic growth.

Legence also reported total backlog and awarded contracts increased 49% to a record $3.7 billion, led by Data Centers & Technology, State & Local Government, and Life Science & Healthcare end markets. The company referenced the strategic addition of The Bowers Group and several tuck-in acquisitions over the past year.
