Payoneer Acquires Dublin HR Tech Startup Boundless

Payoneer has acquired Dublin-based startup Boundless, an employee record-keeping and international employment platform. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Boundless helps businesses manage cross-border payroll, taxes, benefits, and compliance, aiming to simplify international hiring and support. Payoneer said Boundless will join its Workforce Management team to help it access and manage global talent more easily and compliantly.

Boundless was founded in 2019 by Dee Coakley, Emily Castles, and Eamon Leonard, and raised $2.5 million in a 2021 seed round led by Ada Ventures and Fyrfly.
