Boteco Acquired by Essentra | Manufacturing M&A Deal

Essentra has agreed to acquire Boteco, an industrial equipment business in Italy, for $7.4 million plus up to $2.5 million in deferred contingent consideration. Essentra acquisitions target mechanical components manufacturer Boteco Srl, based in Vicenza, designing and producing machine parts such as handles, knobs, feet, and hinges for automation and machine end-markets. The Boteco acquisition expands Essentra’s manufacturing footprint in Europe and adds in-house tooling and R&D capabilities focused on more sustainable materials. This add on acquisition is a public company acquisition by Essentra, funded through existing debt facilities, and is expected to complete in the first half of 2026.
