Dermatology Partners, a strategic healthcare platform, acquired Bene Dermatology, a dermatology practice based in York County, Pennsylvania. The transaction closed on March 2, with Dr. Natalie Bene continuing to lead the practice at 400 Pine Grove Commons in York Township and the existing clinical team remaining in place. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Bene Dermatology provides dermatology services to patients in the York community, and the acquisition expands Dermatology Partners’ footprint in the Mid-Atlantic region. Dermatology Partners, headquartered in Berks County, operates 48 practices across Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware, positioning the deal as part of its broader buy-and-build strategy to consolidate outpatient specialty care and strengthen physician support.

Under the agreement, Dermatology Partners is expected to provide administrative support, technology integration, and additional collaborative clinical resources. The deal’s close date was March 2, and the practice will continue operating under its current leadership while integrating into the buyer’s operating model.
