Bank Street Dental Acquired by Vermilion | Healthcare M&A Deal

Vermilion has acquired Bank Street Dental, a dental business in Scotland, for an undisclosed amount. Vermilion acquisitions focus on NHS dental care, and Bank Street Dental is the largest NHS dental practice in the Scottish Borders, serving more than 10,500 registered patients. The Galashiels practice retains its name and continues with five clinicians and eight support staff led by Dr Greg Canning, supporting general dentistry and oral surgery referrals. The Bank Street Dental acquisition is Vermilion’s first add on acquisition since its 2011 establishment in Edinburgh, and it is structured as a strategic acquisition rather than a private equity-backed corporate chain.
