Avalon GloboCare to Sell Avalon RT 9 Properties to Wenzhao

Avalon RT 9 Properties, LLC owns a 100% fee simple interest in a property located at 4400 Route 9 South, Freehold, Block 4 Lot 46.03, New Jersey 07728. The agreement references a prior 2023 membership interest purchase agreement that contemplated an initial 30% sale and an option to purchase up to an additional 70%.
