Arctos Partners Acquired by KKR | Financial Services M&A Deal

KKR has acquired Arctos Partners, a wealth management ria business in New York, for $1.4 billion. KKR acquisitions bring Arctos Partners’ institutional sports franchise investing and asset management solutions, including GP solutions and secondaries, into a scaled financial services platform. With about $15 billion in assets under management and headquarters in Dallas, Arctos supports sponsors and alternative asset managers with structured capital and liquidity solutions. The platform acquisition is a private equity acquisition by KKR, valued at $1.4 billion in initial consideration plus up to $550 million in future equity tied to KKR share price and performance targets, with vesting through 2031 and 2033, and is expected to close in 2026.
