ACES Acquires Ally Pediatric Therapy in ABA-Only Shift

Announced
HealthcareArizonaAdd-on

Deal Overview

ACES, the applied behavior analysis (ABA) platform, acquired Phoenix multispecialty autism therapy provider Ally Pediatric Therapy. After the acquisition, ACES will end Ally’s multidisciplinary health services, including in-house speech, occupational therapy, and feeding services, and will replace them with external care coordination services.

ACES will align Ally’s assets with its ABA-centric care model across its existing locations. Families receiving physical health services will get personalized transition support to maintain continuity of care, with ACES continuing to coordinate access to physical health services through community providers.

The deal expands ACES’ Arizona footprint by adding nine locations, bringing its Arizona presence to 15 clinics total (six previously in Arizona plus nine from Ally).
