AccessPay Sold to Accel-KKR in 2.5x Exit

Maven Capital Partners completed an exit of fintech platform AccessPay through a sale to US private equity fund Accel-KKR. The transaction generated a 2.5x return for Maven-managed NPIF I Fund.

The deal is described as a Manchester fintech exit and is categorized as an acquisition/exit to a US PE buyer. AccessPay is the sold platform, with Maven as the seller.
