Nivora Group Acquires AAVRANI Ayurvedic Beauty

Nivora Group acquired AAVRANI, a prestige beauty brand blending Ayurvedic traditions with clinically validated formulations. AAVRANI was founded in 2017 by Rooshy Roy and Justin Silver and has raised more than $15 million in funding.

The brand expanded its retail footprint with a launch in Sephora U.S. and Canada in 2024. The deal includes a leadership transition, with both co-founders expected to depart upon completion. Nivora plans to expand distribution across the United States and select international markets while continuing product innovation rooted in Ayurvedic principles.
