DelShah to Buy 34 Berry Street for $76M

DelShah Capital will acquire 34 Berry Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, from LCOR for $76 million. The property is a 142-unit, market-rate multifamily building.

The deal was brokered by JLL’s investment sales and advisory team. DelShah said the acquisition fits its portfolio expansion plans after it restructured its balance sheet and strengthened the business, positioning the firm to grow again with discipline.
